memory frequency ?

i have atm 4x4gb hyperx ddr3 fury 1600mhz of ram in my system. a few weeks back i removed a pair after my pc was crashing alot and it helped. i reinstalled them today because 8gb isnt enough for me atm with gaming and streaming. i check the bios and it seemed fine. i set the frequence to 1600mhz. im checking in cpu z and i see this.

is this normal, arent they suppost to all be at 800mhz or am i just stupid xD?!!?

Check in your bios for an option to enable xmp. If it is already enabled, disable it and set manually the timings written in jedec #6. Change only these timings and leave the rest to Auto.

set everything like in jedec 6 thats in cpu z under spd next time i experience issues?
