Memory From Intel System Into AMD System

Ok, so recently i finished my new AMD PC and i went to install RAM from the Intel system that was being phased out. But when i installed the RAM from the Intel computer i would get no video signal at all. But if i go to a different kit of RAM in the AMD system i have video. Can anyone out there explain why this happens? (Also the Intel system still boots and has video signal).

MOBO in AMD: MSI X370 GAMING PLUS AM4 AMD X370 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

MOBO in Intel: MSI z270 Gaming M5

Many sets aren't compatible with Ryzen it's very piccky. Many systems won't boot with certain sets.

But i don't understand, if they're 100% identical aside from clock speed, why it doesn't work

It's just how it works with memory. Even when adding identical memory at purchased at different times they can be incompatible.

Make sure the motherboard has the newest BIOS installed since AGESA 1.0.0.6 significantly improves RAM compatibility.

A friend of a friend of mine had me build his Ryzen PC but I couldn't get it to boot with the memory he bought so I sent him back to the shop he bought his parts from. The shop had to try three different CPUs and three different sets of DIMMs before finding a combination that worked. After updating the BIOS, the original CPU and DIMM worked fine together.
