hello, i have problem installing my memories on my motherboard_ note that my case was built for me by the store i bought it from , unfortunately the guy who built my case installed the memories on wrong order i have 4x8 gb quad channell memory and the motherboard brochure says quad channel installation order is to install the memories on orange slots first ( 4 orange 4 blacks ) and he installed 3 of my rams on one side and one on the other ( black and orange slots ) which is by no means ok _ though it worked for 6 month and i didnt touch it _ until one night i turned the pc off and the next day when i turned it on it didnt boot ( repeated beeps then turns it self off and on again and so on ) i knew its a ram problem so i opened my case and i changed the ram slots and it worked properly _ but the problem is when i install memory in slot 1 orange and 4 orange the pc wont boot ( repeated beeps and what nut ) so i cant install my quad channel memory in the right order -_- and i started getting bsod page fault in non paged area _ which is a ------ _ i wonder now what is causing this motherboard ram or maybe even cpu (i installed the rams one at a time in slot 1 and 4 and it didnt boot so i dont think its a ram problem)__ one other question i have is that is it okay if i install my memory on the black slots first so i get the memories working with each other better _ oh and the night i turned my pc off , after shuting down the windows i turned the power supply off too_ applying for warranty is the long road so i would love to know if i could just fix this problem needless of that

any comment is much appreciated 😍

So you had what 3 sticks in the orange and 1 in a black? He probably couldn't get quad to work (which you paid for). Make sure you have the latest BIOS, then reset CMOS. Put the sticks in the orange slots and boot up, if the system is put together correctly it should boot up with the DRAM at the mobos default of 2133. If it doesn't then somethings wrong with the rig, or if it does but only sees 2or 3 of the sticks then there's a memory channel problem (which may well be the CPU cooler is installed too tight in a corner or side or they bent some pins in the socket. Try loosening the cooler then snug down screw tight and try again. If it boots and all DRAM is seen and usable, next will be to enable XMP, select profile 1 and try. If...
Hi Aorine. I suggest to use the right memory slot for that memory you have now, but first try to clean the contact pins and the memory slots. If this will not work try also to reset the BIOS settings to default then try to install the RAM if it will display. Remove first the HDD before to test the display if ok now. Then go back here

If still no joy, back to BIOS and raise VCCSA voltage to 1.25 and try with XMP enabled. If still no joy will need to OC the CPU some to help out the MC (memory controller) in order to run at 3000
