Question Memory is at 60% after starup with nothing in task manager showing why

When playing games Ive been seeing my memory shoot up to 90 odd percent with no indicator why. Ive scanned my PC for malware and viruses with nothing appearing and after start up it goes straight to 60%.

check it safe mode?
check resource monitor?

How much memory do you have? If it's less than 16GB, that's why...
