I got 2x 4gb installed. Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
When my pc is freshly booted it shows that I have 6gb memory.
The memory reduces over time, last night it went down to 800mb.
Cache faults are shifting between 0 and 5 million ( very random ) - Is this normal?

They are set to 1600mhz in bios and showing as 800mhz on CPU-Z ( which should be correct as its * 2 ) and CPU-Z Shows 8gb installed
Tried Memory Diagonistic Tool - No Errors
Tried reinstalling windows / formatting the SSD - Its a 320gb SSD and I only have 232gb available? and when I tried to install windows on my SSD with my Harddrive also plugged in then the SSD wouldn't show up in explorer but did show in bios.

Could really use some help on this, thanks in advance!
I feel like its the SSD causing this...

1| When trying to deal with an issue of this nature, it's very good if you could relay your full system's specs inclusive of yous OS and connected peripherals.
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? While also making sure your OS's installer isn't corrupted?
3| If you'd like to verify that your ram sticks are in order, you should run memtest86 for at least 10 passes per stick per slot to diagnose if the issue is with the sticks or the slots or both. Speaking of ram's you should include if both the Corsair sticks are from the same kit or are mixed and matched.
4| You might also want to divulge the duration of the issue being on your system? Did this crop up after you migrated onto Windows 10?
