Question Memory issue

I have took out the cpu to change the thermal paste. After i boot my pc and check task manager i saw 8.1gb ram being hardware reserved

While the system is disconnected from the wall and display, try reseating the ram. If that doesn't work, try and clear the CMOS.

Did both of them. Still hardware reserved
