Memory Issues with Dell Optiplex 960 PC2

I am having problems with memory bought on Ebay. I install the memory and get a solid 1 & 3 light with tells me:
Memory modules are detected, but a memory configuration or compatibility error has occurred.
The memory I bought:
.New Condition,Original memory chips Double-Sided
.2GB Capacity
.DDR2 PC2-6400 DDR2-8MHz
.240pin DIMM Desktop Memory
.CL6 1.8V
.Non-Ecc,Non-Registered,Unbuffered

What they sent:
Hynix 2GB 2Rx8 PC2 - 6400U - 666 - 12
HYMP125U64CP8 - S6 AB - C 1022

I have tried this memory in a few different computers (Intel & AMD) to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

That looks like the correct memory. I think you need to return it. Crucial.com guarantees their kits to be compatible. If you need to bargain hunt I would get their part# and shop by that. Lifetime warranty may apply, IDK for sure.
