Question Memory latency issue?

I was looking at my memory benchmark from Passmark performance test. 5 of the 7 tests are 85th-98th percentile, 1 is 75th and latency is 26th, overall is 82nd. 26th seems oddly low, could I have a setting wrong? I have XVM selected in BIOS and HWinfo64 shows it at the proper speed.

The memory is CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 3200

Is this an issue?

It's right in ballpark for 3200MHz CL 16, Don't bother about those percentile numbers as you don't know what you are competing with, for all we know could be some 4000MHz or 3600 Cl 14 on a Xeon server which has some of best memory management.
Just for some relative comparison, my memory score is 3470 and Latency score 40 with Kingston (Samsung b-die chips) 3600MHz, Cl 16.
