I have been looking around the internet and learning about memory latency because I am not sure if it is worth 50% more to get memory with a latency of 9 rather than 11.
From what I've been reading it's not worth it. But if the latency of memory a is 20% less than that of memory b will i get a 20% increase in performance using memory a? How does that work?
