Memory Leak? 70 percent and nothing is open

Hi, I think I may have a memory leak, I cant find the root of the problem because my ram usage is at 70 percent and i have added up the total of all my usage is about 40 percent (which is in itself kinda bad, thanks chrome) But I have checked the resource monitor and it doesnt show much else. Can anybody help me? If there is a duplicate thread by me sorry I forgot to sign in and the website wouldn't load

Probably the latest Windows update running in the background. It eats RAM.
