Memory Leak HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After gaming for a while my memory useage starts to go up for some reason. For example ill start my pc up at 13% and when i finish gaming and everything ill close it all and it will go to around 22%, ive done the ndu start to 4 and ive updated everything.
Pc specs:
cpu: i7-5820k
motherboard: msi x99s
Ram: 8gb Ballistx
gpu: gtx 970 g1 sli

How about when i start up my computer it is at 40% ram useage and when i do a reset it is back to 15%

memory is there to be used, so applications will make use of it as needed and the amount that they need can change over time.
