Memory leak i think

i have 4x4gb ram ddr3 1333mhz and lately i felt the pc getting pretty slow i checked my ram and i saw that i have 14giga free memory 13giga cached memory and only 500 free thats weird i closed everything and its not going up

That's fine. Uncached memory is a waste
