Question Memory Leak Issue Windows 11

Hello everyone
I got a memory leak on my pc and i dont really get wheres the problem

i got 16 ram 3200 mhz

after pc was up for 1 week i had 6 ram in use idle with no app up

did a restart and now my ram went down to 3 ram in use

before restart i could run 2 games and pc start freezing

after restart i could run 4 games and pc was stable

any help please

What are the specs for your system (make/model of all installed components)?

Also, have you scanned your system for malware recently?
