Memory leak up to 90%

I have 8 GB of ram and now I am having memory leaks that occur after a couple hours, at the moment from sitting on idle for about 15 minutes, my memory usage went up by 5 ish percent and didnt come back down. How can I fix this, I am using Windows 10 64 bit.

It doesn't show in task manager, my highest usage was 150MB

having issue with anything? could be windows just use ram as cache.

my old computer had this problem too and it only occured when i installed service pack 1 into it (windows 7) and once i uninstalled it, the memory leak problem dissapeared

(i know this probably doesn't help but it may have something to do with the problem?)
