Memory Leak Windows 10 Please Help

Hello, last few days i have noticed i gradually inrease in memory usage to the point where pc slows down and i have to reboot to fix it.

Memory Leak starts after an hour or sometimes after 10-20 minutes of playing a game or surfing.
Been like this for 4-5 days.

My pc specs:
CPU: Intel i7-4770 @ 3.4 GHz
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212
GPU: MSI GTX 770
RAM: 16GB(4x4) corsair vengeance

Thank you for the fast reply, was editing post and didnt include pictures and specs
Resource Monitor shows some Chrome usage but i have some tabs open but its nowhere near close the 5.7GB the pc is using.

That memory usage seems to be fine, is that in the fault condition? If it is then your problem is elsewhere, lets start with temps, idle and load.

Yes - memory usage seems completely normal (usage is only 35%).
Post screenshot from moment, when you start experiencing problems.

I started playing with memory usage at around 45% - 50% and it kept gradually increasing(kept task manager open and peeked every now then).

Wow and system and compressed memory use around 3GB plus 1GB Chrome tabs and the other tasks equals around 4GB-4.5GB. Nowhere near close the 12.7GB of memory it is using. Also there are around 2GB of paged and non-paged so 6.5 total vs the 12.7 it is using. What's happening?? Where is the 6GB missing?

Closing wow makes memory usage to drop to 60% using 10GB for these tasks

try using process explorer, its like an overpowered version of task manager: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 - its handy to use to find leaks

One thing i noticed(don't know what it is or if it is important) is that Hx Tsr.exe(plus conhost.exe and powercfg.exe) would start and close once every 10 seconds and messing around with the columns i saw these things:

- New Objects (Bright Green) – When a new process shows up in Process Explorer, it starts out as bright green.

- Deleted Objects (Red) – When a process is killed or closes it will usually flash red right before deleting.

- Own Processes (Light Blueish) – Processes running as the same user account as Process Explorer.

- Services (Light Pink) – Windows Service processes, although it’s worth noting that they might have child processes that are launched as a different user, and those might be a different color.

- Suspended Processes (Dark Gray) – When a process is suspended it can’t do anything. You can easily use Process Explorer to suspend an application. Sometimes crashed apps will briefly show up in gray while Windows is handling the crash.

- Immersive Process (Bright Blue) – This is just a fancy way of saying that the process is a Windows 8 application using the new APIs. In the screenshot earlier you might have noticed WSHost.exe, which is a “Windows Store Host” process that runs Metro apps. For some reason Explorer.exe and Task Manager will also show up as immersive.

- Packed Images (Purple) – these processes might contain compressed code hidden inside of them, or at least Process Explorer thinks that they do by using heuristics. If you see a purple process, make sure to scan for malware!

So red just means its closed, its not a warning. It opening a lot just means Outlook is checking for mail I would guess.

Disabled the RzSurroundVastStreamingService.exe(also updated Razer Synapse) and no sign of memory leak since then. After 10+ hours the memory usage is at 40%-50% and closing wow drops to 20%-30%. Thank you very much for the help!!

Wish I could say I was surprised to find out it was Razer software to blame,
