Question Memory leak Windows 10

I have a laptop that runs Windows 10. I don't usually shut it down or restart it. I do restart it occasionally. Prior to updating to Windows 10 version 1903 I had no problems with memory. But since it updated to 1903 forcefully, my memory goes up to %97 daily, then Windows lags horribly for 30 minutes, completely freezing every now and then, then the memory slowly starts to drop to below %50 and then starts increasing for about 12 hours and the cycle keeps repeating. I've updated my graphic's card driver, updated Windows again, googled for a solution, but couldn't find anything. Windows task manager doesn't show which program is using about half my memory, which is 16GB. Does anyone have an idea how to find the culprit?

You mean other than what's shown in Task Manager? How?
