I have pretty serious issues with memory leaks. After about 2-3 days my computer runs at a constant 13 gb (out of 32) of memory in use- even with all applications closed. I ran a RAMMap and found that processes only consume 4gb of ram (at idle, only background apps open) while "mapped file" "nonpaged pool" and "paged pool" together consumed ~20gb of ram.

Here are the results of the RAMMap use counts and processes.

Is this normal? What can I do to stop it if none of my apps are responsible?

Solution
The piccie was messy to read, but see you have Killer networking software running.

Go to the Killer networking page

get the "Drivers Only Package" If they offer an INF package, that would be preferred for later manual installation via device manager

Once obtained, uninstall the ENTIRE killer networking suite.

Reboot

If driver only not picked up on reboot, use the driver only package to install.
