Memory Limited by Slot?

so i plan to add more memory to my computer.

it holds 8gb and i have 4gb already in it with 1 slot open.
--4Slots of 1Gb, 1Gb, 2Gb, Empty--

**My question is. Can i add a 4gb stick in it. or are the slots limited to 2gb each?

Get the 2GB one, if you want add more memory, but don't buy the 4GB becasue MB don't support it. If you install the 4GB into the MB, the PC will not boot.

Yes 2 gig per slot limit your motherboard supports a max of 8 gigs 2 gigs in each slot.
