Memory Lost in USB 304mb from 16gb

I find around 14gb in unallocated space. But cant create a new

I'd suggest that you try reformatting the whole drive (after you've backed up any data which you might have on it) by using a different computer, to see if the same thing happens. You should also try the USB flash drive manufacturer's format tool to see if you'd be able to reformat it with it (or a 3rd party formatting tool if the manufacturer doesn't offer one).

Well, if nothing worked no matter what computer you've tried the flash drive with, then it has probably become faulty. I'd recommend that you get in touch with the manufacturer's customer support and ask for assistance or if you can get it replaced (or the reseller you bought it from). Unfortunately sometimes there's not much more you can do. 🙁
