Memory management bsod on asus f1a75v pro

Ran memtest and everything pass, trying to re install windows now but wont let me. Keep getting errors while trying to install

You did not provide enough information for me to understand your situation and help much. Please give me some details on your computer's components, what version of Windows you are trying to install, and also you should check your windows installation media (I assume it's a CD/DVD) for damage.
