Memory management error when windows updates

Hello

I have windows 10 my ram is corsair vengance lpx 2x4gb 2666mhz set to 2133 default i get no rerrors when playing (not even when black ops 3 uses up all my ram but when windows updates i get memory management error every time i run windows built in memory tests and thoes found no errors

What could be the problem and how could i solve it?

Ensure your Motherboard bios is up to date.

Its asus maximus viii hero v1.1 its bios is the 902 beta version i will up it to the latest thank you
