Question Memory Managment bsod!!

Hello for a time i get a memory managnet bsod too many times when i format the pc it dissleares and back after 5-7 days i changed the ssd and still the same i cleaned the rams and ram slots and still
Then i brought rams from a friend and still happening and did updated the bios and stopped the xmp and runned the rams on default settings may it be the psu or gpu? How i can i know

4 x 4 ram corsair vengaence 1600
Gtx 1070 inno3
CPu 4790k 4.4ghz
Psu 500 watt

If memory didn't come in a single 4x4GB kit, it may not operate correctly and you could get a memory managnet bsod.
