Question Memory not being used

Hello, have had a slight issue with my computer, I have 2x8 GB Team T-force Night Hawk Memory installed into my Tomahawk B450 motherboard. as far as i know the memory is compatible and is definitely installed correctly. the first time i checked my bios it showed that all memory was being used and i had 16Gb of memory, but now i only have 8gb that are working according to my bios. The bios recognizes both sticks, but is only using one. What should i do and what may be the cause? Any help is appreciated

What does it say in Windows? 8GB in hardware reserved?

Boot usb and test ram with passmark memtest.
