Memory not installed error when in dual channel

I have a Z77 Extreme4 motherboard and am using 2x4gb G.Skill Ripjaw X 1600 for memory. My computer boots fine when I put the memory in the A1 and A2 slots, but I get the no memory installed error when I try to dual channel the memory in A1 and B1 (which is what the installation guide says to do).

I would call ASRock, more than likely it is a dead MB and they will replace it.
