I recently purchased an HP 8200 SFF with an i5 2500, and 4 Gb of ram (2x2GB) (10600U).
I added in a 1050ti and purchased 8GB of ram (2x4gb) (10600R, it also says ERDIMM I think this may be the issue) upon placing the ram into the pc and booting up, it wasn't recognized. From there i took out the 4GB that was in before and tried placing in the 8GB only, and the ram sticks alone (1 4GB stick). After nothing working i read something online about Memory remapping feature, I was unable to locate it in the HP bios (the bios is called computer setup, not sure if that is a different thing, it is accessed through clicking esc, as oppose to the normal f10 for hp). When i put in the 8GB alone, it gives off the beep codes of no memory being placed into the PC. Other than this, everything else is working.
Other things: Windows 7 64 Bit, going upgrade to W10 as soon as I sort this out. If I missed anything, please ask me.
