Noticed my pc was running my ram at 1600mhz tonight.

So, I enabled xmp, which then changed the system memory multiplier to 21.33 ,the frequency to 2133 mhz and the ddr voltage to 1.6v. When I check the timings which I've left on auto, it shows them as 10-12-12-31. Thought that would fix it, but the memory status in the bottom left (its a gigabyte mobo) shows the ddr frequency at 1600.43 the dram voltage at 1.524v and the timings at 11-11-11-28. Little help guys?

Solution
Turn on XMP and then manually fix the voltage and timings for the RAM. Also, make sure you save the settings and restart the machine, then check the settings again. What you see in the bottom left corner is the live readings. They don't change immediately upon changing the BIOS settings... you have to save the settings and restart the machine first.
