Memory OC - 2666MHz to 3200MHz - Done right?!

Hi

My System is:

- Ryzen 5 1600
- Asus B350+
- 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2666 DIMM CL16

I have managed to overclock the CPU to 3,8GHz with the Wraith Spire Cooler. But im unsure if the Memory changes i made are set properly. I'm fairly new to oc CPU and RAM like some of you might have suspected. I have little experience from the past with oc gpus.

My question is... Is the oc of the memory fine how i did this? Please find a screenshot of my Bios here:

Im sorry for the poor pictures quality. These are the settings i assume to be important:
- AI Overclock Tuner -> D.O.C.P.
- D.O.C.P. -> D.O.C.P. DDR4-2667 16-18-18-36
- Memory Frequenzy -> DDR4-3200MHz
- Memory Voltage -> 1,35V (+0,1V by offset) (Not seen in the screenshot)

Is it right to set the Memory Frequenzy higher than the D.O.C.P.? Thanks very much for your help in advance!

David

no i did not touch DRAM voltage, everything is auto except timing + speed i set them manually.

i think it is only dangerous to make Big OC like from 2133 to 3200, mine is 3000Mhz default so OC it to 3200 is not a big deal.
so check your RAM default speed, i think yours is 2666 so try to OC it to 3000 / 3200Mhz and test them

i have ADATA 1x 8gb CL16 3000Mhz @ 2666,on my B350 gaming plus with latest BIOS, the XMP profile1: 2666Mhz and Profile2: 2800Mhz.
so i turned XMP off and tryed manually and it worked first try with 0 issues.
i left everything auto, set manual memory Timing ( you find them written on the memory stick) and chose 3200Mhz as speed and worked super great.

Did you set the DRAM Voltage to 1,35V?

I changed the DRAM to 1,35V, set timings manually to the same as XMP Profile (It only shows 1 for 1,2V) and incraesed the frequency from 2666MHz to 2866MHz. It's stable but im worried that im maybe pushing it to far when i increase the frequenzy furthermore without touching the timings...
