Memory OC question

It is possible to OC from 1600 to 2400? My ram: G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4x4 16GB CL9

OC done (Seems that it wasn't really necessary to change voltages) Memory is running at 2400 but why says CL11? my RAM sticks weren't supposed to be CL9? :O
