Guys I have a ryzen 3 3200G and an Asrock B450 Steel Legend motherboard along with Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 3200MHz ram. My motherboard supports 3200MHz ram through XMP. Should I enable XMP to make the ram run at 3200MHz? i'm asking since the 3200G is said to have memory support upto 2933. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks in advance for any help!
Also I am using the integrated graphics from the cpu and I only have 8GB of memory.

If that CPU have memory support upto 2933 , that only means that using faster memory is overclocking IMC (Internal Memory Controller).- XMP is up to BIOS to set best speed tested with that RAM.
So yes, enable xmp.

My BIOS did set the ram to 3200MHz at 1.35V after I enabled XMP. And the corsair ram, it also says that it's XMP 2.0 ready. Can I get any instability issues if I enable XMP? The rest of my system is at stock speed.

You can have instability issues even at base speed. Stability you can check with a program like https://hcidesign.com/memtest/
Dude I'm quite new to the PC world. I do have some occasional freezing when I watch youtube on chrome but if I refresh the tab it starts working fine. Or even if I wait for a few seconds it returns back to normal. I haven't noticed any other issue other than that so far. I have run memtest86 and there were no errors. And I also ran prime95 for an hour in the blend setting with no errors found and I only had built the PC just a month ago, all new parts. I had the XMP enabled at 3200MHz auto all these time. So it that freezing an instability?

Also, this is mentioned in my motherboard ram support list.

" AMD Ryzen series CPUs (Picasso) support DDR4 2933 / 2667 / 2400 / 2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory* "

My processor is a Picasso one as far as I know(Previously mentioned that the cpu memory support is 2933). Again at the end of the motherboard ram support list, it says that it supports XMP memory modules. So under that case can I enable XMP? And when I enabled XMP from the bios few days ago, it automatically set the advertised speed of my ram module. And the only issue that I have faced so far it that youtube thing that I mentioned. And even then, that only happens maybe once or twice a day as far as I have noticed.

Here is the link to the motherboard specifications from the official website

Prime95 is mainly to check if RAM is physically in order, program I suggested checks memory within windows including memory bus as well as virtual memory.

" AMD Ryzen series CPUs (Picasso) support DDR4 2933 / 2667 / 2400 / 2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory* "
Is just the type of memory you have, ECC and Buffered is used in servers.

Problems with Youtube specially if thru Chrome browser may be caused by to little free memory left. You can check by opening Task Manager and see how much memory is used and how much is free.

I have atleast 3 gigs of ram free when that happens
