Build Specs

Motherboard: Gigabyte x570 Gaming X
Processor: Amd Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Asus Phoenix GTX 1660ti
PSU: EVGA Bronze 700 Watt
RAM: Crucial Ballistix (2x8) DDR4 3200
SSD: Western Digital 1TB
COOLER: Stock Wraith Cooler

The issue:

With a single stick of RAM I am able to get a post and a boot. I am enabling XMP in the BIOS when successfully booting. When saving the BIOS settings, exiting, and then shutting down, I am placing the second stick of RAM. The RAM is placed in the motherboards recommended slots. Out of 4, in slot 2 & 4. On powering up with the second stick in 3 short beeps occur. According to the motherboard FAQ this means there is a memory parity check error.

I have swapped the RAM, meaning RAM A is in slot 2, boots up, set XMP, on reset put RAM B in slot 4. 3 beeps. When retrying RAM B takes the place that RAM A had originally if that makes sense. Same result.

I have attempted to manually set the RAM speed to what it's default speed is set to(2400mhz according to the bios) does not make a difference. Looking for some better clarity on what exactly this error can result from. Appreciate any feedback,

Thanks!
