In percentages, approximately how much more perforamnce would 16GB DDR4 3200MHz be over 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz?

I cant say for sure about DDR3 1600 but DDR4 1600 to DDR4 3200 here is the speed differance. About 11FPS or around 7%.

I wasn't talking about gaming, I was talking about memory performance in general.

While it is a game 7% is probable about right.

Going from DDR3 to DDR4 same speed seems tonet about 3%.

A lot tho depends on which programs as compessios are heavly dependent on RAM while others may see no performance gains.
