Question Memory PMU Training error at Socket 0 Channel

Hey everyone,

I have been building a new pc and have just been running into error after error, but it's up and running. However, with the 2 RAM sticks in, I get the error in the title. How do I fix this???

G. Skill Trident Z Royal 2x16 32gb ddr4 3200mhz
Ryzen 7 3700x
Asus Geforce RTX 2080 super OC dual
X570 Phantom Gaming 4 Asrock

EDIT: Forgot to mention this.

Only 1 stick is detected in A2. XMP is enabled, and it is still @ 2133. CPU-Z says 32GB is in, but task manager/bios does not.
