Memory prices? On the increase?

Can anyone tell me whether memory prices are generally going up. My suppliers modules have gone up 7 ukp in 2 days and I am wondering whether to buy now if they are going to continue to rise.

Thanks

BUY NOW. Most analysts believe the DRAM price war has bottomed out. DRAM prices are expected to raise very soon. The abudance of DRAM's is getting smaller (that's why prices dropped so low in the first place).

Don't worry... it happens every year. It rises to the peak at the middle of the year (guys have summer holidays so that should explain partly) then falls to the bottom at the end of the year. Interesting eh? I will get a new computer somewhere in the fall when Palomino launches with DDR hehe... I'm not sure this year would follow the same pattern though because you know it's a serious global recession we are gonna face here... :frown:

But once SD rises, I doubt it'd get this low again.

Yeah, that's what I'm hypothesizing...
But it might take a little while since SD RAM is so mainstream right now :)
