Question memory problem

I've been having a problem with my ram i have 2 ram each one has 4 Gb in my laptop but is not reading at all (bios nd windows system ) when CPUZ read 8GB and my OS is wind 10 pro 64 bits and all slots are In good shape !!

Make and model of your laptop? Make and model of the sticks of ram you're using? If you can't identify them with pictures, parse a link to them.
