Question Memory Problem

when i opened my pc
i found out that he consumes more than 8GB of the memory (16GB total)
and i have already deactivate all the unneeded application
what is the solution please to reduce it to the normal case (35% of memory)

Not to worry.
What you see is normal.

Windows keeps unused code in ram in anticipation of eventual possible reuse.
