[SOLVED] Memory problems with identical single channel kits x4

So I had to replace my 8 gb dual channel with 4 sticks of identical 4 gig single channels (since there was no ddr3 availability in my region) and ever since then my pc has issues starting up at random. with BSoD with memory management errors. even after a clean windows reinstall.
once it gets to windows it won't crash tho until i turn it off and on again after a few hours.
also I get random Whole pc freeze when playing certain games. which only solution to is to restart the pc with the butten

is there any way to resolve it in the bios or something or is it strictly hardware issues?

here's my specs:
intel core i7 2600k sandy bridge
asus p8z68v pro mobo
16 gigs of ram (single channel 1333 mhz x4)
gtx 1070ti

Why didn't you get 2x8GB ram modules instead?

Anyway - I think, you'll have to adjust ram settings manually.
Go into BIOS and set
DDR voltage 1.65V,
latencies 10-10-10-28,
Command rate 2T.
Set frequency to 1333mhz, test, increase frequency and test again.
Should be able to go up to 1600mhz.

Anyway - I think, you'll have to adjust ram settings manually.
Go into BIOS and set
DDR voltage 1.65V,
latencies 10-10-10-28,
Command rate 2T.
Set frequency to 1333mhz, test, increase frequency and test again.
Should be able to go up to 1600mhz.
 
Solution
Unfortunately, your ram sticks are NOT identical if they were not part of a matched kit.
Internal components can vary slighty so ram must be matched.
A motherboard must manage all ram with the same specs, This is harder with 4 sticks vs. 2.
If you can, return the ram in favor of a 2 x 8gb matched kit.
Otherwise try increasing the ram voltage in the bios a bit above the specified values.
You may have to make do with a lower speed setting.

I tinkered with oc settings as you said and made cpu boost by per core and not all core. also set recommended voltages and turned off xmp and also realized the TPU switch on the mb was turned off so turned it on. now it seems stable unless i get more random freezes in games.
I wish I could find 8gb ddr3 back then.
this is my cpu -z now. should i go for 1600mhz?
Edit: I went back to bios and it showed the frequency at 1378 mhz. tried 1600 mhz but system didn't post. it might be a fake 1600...
