I have had alot of problems with my memory..some modules have alot of fails and some not...I have a DFI motherboard: AK74-SC.
and I have a 64mb pc100 module (which works fine) and a 128mb pc100 (which have alot of errors in, and it jumps out of games and such, and when I use the 64mb module it works fine)

Is it because I have to use pc133 in the motherboard or what...?

You say that the 64mb runs o.k. on it's own but when paired with the 128mb the probs start, right. The 128mb stick must be shot.
No, you don't need to run pc133 but if upgrading it only costs a little more to buy.

memory can be flaky... especially the "Major Brand" or "generic" memory. Unless you get lucky, you usually get what you pay for with RAM... (excluding RDRAM, of course) I've seen more memory modules fail than any other hardware component.
