Memory query motherboard/graphics card

Dose it matter if I have ddr3 ram on my motherboard and ddr5 on my graphics card? Should I get a graphics card with ddr3? Thanks and kind regards

No it doesn't matter, they're completely different memories.
GDDR3/5 is not the same as DDR3/4.

A graphics card is basically it's own mini-computer, so it has it's own memory.
