What's the difference between 32meg x 64 and 32meg x 72? Thanks

The difference is 8. ;-)

32x64 = regular memory; 64 bit wide data path.

32x72 = ECC (Error Checking and Correction) memory; 64 bit data path
with 8 additional bits for ECC.

Non_ECC( 8x8 ) & ECC( 9x8 ) '9th' being the ECC check byte .
Accounts for the extra chip on the stick.
