Question Memory Ram Help Please

Need help figuring out which memory I can upgrade to, I just ran CPU-Z on my computer but now im a bit more confused than before.
Current Specs :
CPU - Intel Core i5 6300HQ
Memory - DDR4 8GB Single channel, 2700MHz Approx. (DRAM Freq- 1000 MHz)
SPD - 2 Slots available (only using one) DDR4-2400 (1200MHz) Voltage 1.2

My question is what do i need to focus on when looking for an upgrade for my ram?
Im hoping to get up to 16GB ram for my computer now as im pushing the limits and getting basically 100%Disk + Mem Usage on task manager

Please help

Here are general specs for your laptop. It supports a max 16GB of DDR4-2133. The following 16GB kit1 & 16GB Kit2 will work in your laptop. Don't worry if the laptop states 2133 and the kit is 2400 as the RAM will just under-clock itself to the speed your laptop supports.

Thank you for the info, but how do you know it supports up to a max of only 16GB? But thank you for providing the kits to go for I think im going to use the corsair kit
