Question Memory running at low freq.

My memory (G.Skill Trident Z F4-3200C16D-16GTZKW) 8gbx4

Is running at a mere speed of 933x2 if i increase the number i just get BSOD, it worked before but i upgraded it to 32GB instead of 16GB, all the sticks are identical. CL i left on default no voltage changes.

Any help? Thanks in advance.

CPU is 3600x
Mobo is MSI 470x pro graming
