Question Memory speed issues?

HI,
I've been having performance issues and recently discovered the below.
My work computer is using an Intel Xeon E5-2620 v3 CPU, which allows DDR4 1600/1866.
CPU-Z shows the four RAM sticks to be DDR4-2134 (1067MHz) (hma41gr7afr8n-tf) but on the SPD tab has the following stats for each stick
1 - 962MHz, 13,13,13,32,45
2 - 1037MHz, 14,14,14,35,49
3 - 1067MHz, 16,15,15,36,50
1 - 1067MHz, 16,15,15,36,50

Is this an issue, or nothing to worry about?

Nothing to worry about. DDR = Double Data Rate 1067 x 2 = 2134
