Memory speed on the A7N8X Del

In post it says that my memory speed is 200 mhz. Isn't this real slow for this setup? What do I do to fix this? Sorry, I'm a newbie system builder. Thanks! Here's my setup:

Asus A7N8X Deluxe mobo
AMD Athlon XP 2800+ Barton
1 GB Corsair TWINX XMS DDR400 PC3200
WD 200 GB HD w/ 8mb cache
ATI Radeon 9700 Pro

You call 200MHz slow? Well then you can get a PC3500 for 210MHz and that's the fastest you can get. The 200MHz has to be multiply by 2, so you are getting 2x200=400MHz. Is this clear for you?
