memory speed vs processor speed.

memory speed vs processor speed. I have an X3470 processor. I am trying to overclock. What is more important, 3.5ghz cpu / 1600mhz memory speed, or 3.9ghz cpu / 1400mhz memory speed?

I can't get the processor to overclock high without lowering the memory speed.

have you tried overvolting the nb/chipset? cpu overvolt/overclock isn't the only player when it comes to system overclocking. but if i had to choose i would take the extra 400 mhz cpu clock over the extra 200 mhz ram clock
