Memory stick not working in usb

i plug my memory stick in the usb n it normaly comes up with a window to open it but now it dont all i get is a red light on the memory stick, can you help me fix it please

Try the memory stick in another computer. If you get the red light again, the device is probably faulty. Also search the manufacturer site for the device and meaning of the Red Light - But Red, usually means no good !
