[SOLVED] Memory stuck @ 2133mhz

ive seen other questions and websites and looked for answers, nothing so far.

I have asrock Z690 steel legend mobo with corsair domination 4000mhz ram and a 12700k ive activated XMP, enabled overlocking features played with everything i thought may be relevant to get the memory up but no dice.

any and all help appreciated.

yeah i have that activated, hasn't changed anything. i am very confused.

where did you see it running at 2133?

task manager and lian li's L connect where it brings up system specs.

Test with just one stick of ram in the proper slot.

Get the proper bios.

You might need to clear the bios and let it go through a complete cycle.
