Memory Supervising Program?

Does anyone know where I can get a program that allows me to clear the memory so I get optimal performance in games, and also shows memory usage. Thansk.

I'm sure download.com would have a lot of programs. I myself use Rambooster.

you can rambooster form cnet under fer downloads and then go to utilitys i find that it lets me keep my ram arounf 150 mb but i basically tell it to do it the most of all, becuase i don't it to get to low annd stop my computter
