Memory support on z390 motherboards

Why do some z390 motherboards support DDR4 4133 (for example Asus prime z390-a) when most Intel processors only support DDR4 2666?

2666 is the spec intel lists, they happily run on 4000+

Just like they only officially support like 95W but will happily eat up over 200 if you OC
