Question memory support

can someone pls check if my motherboard supports my memory...
mobo- asus prime b450mk
ram- hyperx fury rgb 16gb 2*8gb @3200mhz
pls just check and tell me....cuz i cant run my memory more than 2400mhz

Hey there,

Have you set the ram in the bios using DOCP? if not, check the DOCP setting and select XMP 1 or whatever the option is. Then save changes in the bios, and restart.

That should fix it.

when i do that (try docp), or just change the memory clock to higher than 2400 mhz the pc immediately shuts down, thats the problem. but the pc runs fine and i can play games, but as im using an apu the ram speed matters ALOT, pls help
