Memory timing for Phenom II X2 550 BE @ 3.4GHz?

Guys, I have Phenom II X2 550 BE @ 3.4GHz (220*15.5), and the memory speed is 440MHz (I have 2X2GB PC-6400 800). It's a value RAM though.

I've set my memory timing to 5-5-5-15, but can I go smaller than that? If it can, what's the smaller timing that possibly my memory can do with 220MHz of FSB and 440MHz of memory speed?

That's just depends on your RAM and board. Generally, the RAM is going to need more voltage to run at lower timings. You will simply have to lower the timings a step at a time and test each setting.
